Terms and Conditions for "Tender Talks" Mobile Application

1. Introduction
Welcome to "Tender Talks," a conversational mobile card game. These terms and conditions govern your use of our mobile application; by using our app, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our app.

2. License to use the app
Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights in the app. Subject to the license below, all intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download, and use the app for personal purposes only, and subject to the restrictions set out below.

3. Acceptable use
You must not:

• use our app in any way that causes, or may cause, damage or impairment of the app's availability or accessibility;
• use our app in any way which is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful;
• conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities on or in relation to our app.

4. Subscription
The app offers a yearly subscription at the cost of $7.99. By purchasing this subscription, users gain access to all 150 cards across all available categories, plus additional cards across additional categories as they become available. Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
Users can cancel their subscription at any time. If a user chooses to cancel their subscription, no future charges will be made. However, no refunds will be provided for previous charges.

6. Limitations of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the app or the information, products, services, or graphics contained in the app. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this app.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and it is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Estonian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
